Just wanted to quickly share this - the forearm on our Golden Boy got a little dinged up. The rifle is otherwise mint so I looked up the PN and emailed Henry last night requesting a price for a replacement. This morning I got an email back from them offering to send me a finished replacement forearm free of charge. I'm really impressed by this and again just wanted to give them a shout out.
Regards,
JB

Henry has top notch customer service. My wife and daughter got me a Golden boy a few years back for Christmas. When I opened the box the magazine tube was missing. Took it back to the store where they got it and they looked but couldn't find it so the got one out of a regular 22 hoping it was the same. Took it home and tried it out. Thought it was ok but when I checked one round was left in the gun. Measured it and emailed henry with the measurements and asked if it was right. I have large hands so I asked about the cost of a large loop lever for it. They emailed back asking for a shipping address. Said they would send the correct magazine just to be sure. Also sent the large loop lever at no cost. Best customer service in the industry.

Nice, good to know. I bought my first one this year. Stripped that thing down after the first range trip and was concerned I wasn't going to get it back together. Lever actions are much more complicated mechanically than I thought. Their videos are also very good.

U.S. made too! Great customer service. Ruger is another one that is great. I called them about a used Old Army I had bought that had buggered nipples and the chambers were pitted. They asked me to send the revolver to them. It came back with a new cylinder and nipples, a new nipple wrench, and cleaned and tuned. All for free.
