I have been flying a lot more recently and came across this magazine in an airport news stand. I make it a point now to get a new one every time I fly. The latest edition, like those from the past, were no disappointment. Excellent interviews, impeccable writing, and HD photography leads to a polished end product.

This issue has a review of the latest iteration of the CZ Shadow, .22lr suppressors, Scandinavian grind knives, PRS Kids shooting program, Uzi's and an interview with Gina Milkavich. I have really enjoyed past issues, one which featured an interview with Todd Hodnett.

If you are looking for skilled writing and commentary, I have found this to be an acceptable resource.
 
They were shunned a few years back when they were discussing a gun and said no civilian "needs or should own" a firearm like this.
 
I have had a subscription since their first magazine. I get excited when it shows up in the mailbox.

They had a different Editor when that comment came out. Ian Harrison is now the Editor, and has been for 95% of their issues. He actually addressed that "civilian firearm" comment the first issue he was responsible for.
 
Reading a gun related magazine on an airplane is guaranteed to reduce or eliminate any unwanted chatter from the person beside you or across the isle... Unless you're unlucky enough to get another enthusiast beside you and then they won't STFU and let you read....

Oleg Volk is a excellent photographer, I still haven't figured out how he has gotten some many women to take their clothes off, he probably seen more naked women that the forum members combined.

He's a legit good dude. It started I found some of his stuff being used and sent it to him, then he added me on FB. So anytime I find his work I tag him.

Sat next to a young lady named Octavia and she was a worker on the governor of Rhode Islands campaign. Total liberal and completely clueless. I was reading Recoil magazine while she was sitting next to me. We had about a 30 minute conversation about many things that we did not agree upon. She is now a policy advisor for the governor.
 
I usually buy one when they come out. I keep mine and reread them.
