Well...I worked some comp time this week so I could take Friday off and leave early from work today to drive to Kentucky for a family reunion this weekend.

I've stopped for the night at a Days Inn in Mt. Sterling, KY. Got a room, tossed my suitcase in and left to get a bite to eat. As I was getting in my car, I noticed the quality of tenants here...or at least ONE tenant...is a bit, how shall I say? Sub-par. See picture below.

Anyway, when I got back to the hotel, I had to get something out of the trunk. As I was leaning over to pull something out, the guy unloading his wife and infant in the SUV next to me said "Nice to see you carrying!"

So one bright spot, anyway.

Oh, yeah...almost forgot this one. I was driving I-64W through the mountains and saw this Toyota car towing another vehicle. I'm wondering how much this shortened the lifespan of the transmission, pulling this up and down the mountains.

Could have been worse, they could have used a piece of pipe with chain run through it.....

I think it's the other war around. I think it is the SUV is pushing it.
