That pipe is as pretty as the gun.

Thanks! It’s a Damiano Rovera “Perla”
I have had it ten years and it was one of the three total that survived a house fire. I had quite a collection back then. Luckily my finest one survived! I sent it back to Damiano and he cleaned it up best he could free of charge. It used to be much lighter in color and the birds eye on the bottom and flame through the bowl really popped.

Even the holster’s purdy. :)

I can only imagine! I've been grinning since just seeing the photos.

This Colt Police Positive in .32 Police (.32 S&W) was made in 1917. It had spent some time in Horry County, SC and then to Fort Bend County, Texas for a while. Now, it's back in Horry County.

Nice little Colt Geezer. Bet that .32 could tell some stories if it could only talk.
Wouldn't you just love to know some of the places these old guns have been?

@Charlie
“...around somewhere”? :eek:

Recent acquisition, late 1800’s/early 1900’s S&W Lemon Squeezer in .32 short. I have an odd addiction to beat up old wheel guns. Didn’t realize the firing pin wasn’t working but timing appears to be on enough to fire it if I can get her fixed. We shall see.

Yes it’s ugly, but in a pretty kinda way.

Well, I did it again. Visited Jeff’s Gun Shop in Franklin on the way to see some friends and I spotted a personal gem. Pictures don’t do her justice but I’m hiding it inside so I don’t weird out the fellow campers. S&W 586, no dash, no lock. ‘81 production date by my judgement. Still has the bluing in the cylinders. She’s purdy to me, more pics to come.
