This is almost as easy as chunkin bird right on the grill....almost. This used to be cheap to make but nut prices have shot up with everything else. Pecan Chicken ingredients:

350* oven preheated and rack in middle
4-? boneless chkn breasts trimmed of fat and tendon removed.
3-4C. of pan roasted(10min@350) pecans
Salt & Pepper

1) I cut/chop my nuts by hand or briefly pulse them in a food processor; I like bigger pieces(pea sized). This is done after you have roasted the nuts. Start with less nuts in coating bowl....raw chkn thing!
2) Add the salt and pepper to the roasted nuts in a bowl; Dont add seasonings after you have breasts coated!!!
Lightly grease a foil covered half sheet pan(or a low sided baking dish)
3) Place breasts in bowl of seasoned nuts and push into flesh....be liberal....and carefully place on greased baking pan.
4) Bake at 350* for about 30 minutes(150*ish flesh temp)

I usually have 2 sweet potatoes(350* for 2 hours) cooked and peeled to go with the protein.

If I have extra nuts after the coating I will spoon them onto top of chkn as they would have to go in the trash if not used(raw chkn thing again). Nuts that fall off on plate go just fine with tater. ENJOY!
