So he repeated what he was awaiting trial for? That is one sick puppy.

I just wondered how he could shoot at the victim, nearly hitting him and nearly killing him. Maybe it was just that famous "warning shot, as required by law" we heard about before.
 
He could be crazy, and he could just be tryna make a point.
How can you tell?
What did he do with the finger?
 
"...maiming without malice..." Is a curious charge.
 
The "victim" was too afraid to report the crime after it happened. I wonder if he was afraid that he would be charged with stealing a car? I wonder if the LEO will investigate the car theft?

Probably that and afraid if he got found out would be killed
