Salisbury gun show Dec 15,16

Ive contacted them about a booth and didnt hear back, I emailed. Is that how you got the table, Butter

I'd like to see that entire frekin mall filled with vendors. Plenty of parking, relatively close to main hwy, lots of places to grab a bite and ample hotels too. I hope it starts to grow so I don't have to spend $20 in gas to buy my toys.

It is, emailed her. But Im a big deal in the Rowan-Cabarrus County community so there’s that.

Would anyone be willing to run the booth on Sunday for me? I have a family gathering to attend in the morning

Reminder, I'll be there Saturday and Lee Majors will hold the fort down on Sunday

Looks like the weather will be poopy again, so stop by and see us

If the PHA match is cancelled I may swing by and hassle you on Saturday, If I can swing it I may drop in Sunday and visit with LeeMajors as well, if I can get out of the house that is.

handing out those fancy items for free?

Good luck, guys. Spread the word.

Might try to roll down Sunday
Today is just too busy, unfortunately.

Damn...
I have to be in Fayetteville tomorrow...
I was really looking forward to this, and hanging out with some cool dudes from CFF

Small show. Smaller then the last one, but the same size as last Christmas, IIRC. Lost of room, fewer vendors, and the kudzu (candles, cookies, cigars, sunglasses, etc.) moving in. $8 instead of $6 and $12 instead of $10 for the 2 day. Glad I spent my load before I even went in.

Its slow. There have been a few waves of heavy traffic

I just found out admission is 8.00??? At that rate I won't be there. Those wanting autographs can meet me at BoJangles and the promoter can KMA....
THAT show isn't worth 5.00 much less 8.00.....

Rolled out with my son Henry this afternoon and stopped by and met @LeeMajors and @grungewehr39.

Henry loves his frisbee. Well, he did. He beaned his Mom in the face with it while showing it to her....so I guess he'll get it back later.

Show was small - I should've bought that 1897 Trench Gun .....but I don't know enough of what to look for in one to know if it was in good shape or bad.

Nice meeting you guys and I look forward to next time. @LeeMajors and I live really close to each other, so range trips are in the future.

There were two side by side on saturday, one, to me, obvious cut off (barrel marked FULL) so 'fake'...., other barrel was marked Cylinder.... both were winchester and not chinese rip offs.

It was a Winchester, sitting on the far side to the left of the entrance up front with a handful of other older shotguns. It was only $600.....which set off all kinds of alarm bells. I had my 3 year old son with me, so not all the time to go looking on the web for what stuff to look for. Sounds like it was good to go with my gut rather than with the desire to own one.

Good to meet a neighbor as well @SPM. Did the little guy drive that frisbee all the way home ?

He did. He also used it to shield his eyes from the sun when needed. I had forgotten what it's like to drive West at 4-5pm was like this time of year.

same

same vendor... also had grips/clips... there were two on saturday like i mentioned... and in that 6ish price range... like above, one had barrel stamped FULL, other CYL, so figured for sure the Full one was sawed off.
