Savage A17 optic

hello all,
I bought a savage a17 from walmart for $184 just cuz i wanted a rimfire. Now what scope do i use? I was thinking a 3-9x40 just to shoot out to 100 yards for plinking and some pest control.
I was looking a the nikon prostaff, Redfield revolution, or any other reliable scopes that stay zeroed if knocked around

Mueller used to get good reviews on rimfire central and reason I picked up one few years back. I have one of the apt and it has been good for the money.
