Let's create some content for the CZ Scorpion.

I recently loaded up 10-30 round magazines by hand today. My thumb is pretty beat up so I purchased this little guy.
http://https://www.yetiwurks.com/pro...i-speed-loader I'll let everyone know how it works when I receive it.

I also couldn't resist purchasing this. The factory mag release is sooooooooo tiny.

Last up - Anyone purchase or hear anything about one of these? Flutted barrels with the correct thread pitch. I'm thinking about ordering it. I figured its $54.99 to get the adapter. I'm 1/3 of the way there.

My Scorpion SBR is in process and I will be sending the paperwork off this week so maybe 2018! :)

So far I have changed:
  • grip to an Apex Tactical
  • right side safety to HBI mini-AK lever
  • left side safety to Parker Mountain Machine large safety lever
  • mag release to HBI duckbill lever in polymer
  • added PMM QD sling mounts left side front and rear
My future upgrades will include:
  • Side Project Link Zhukov stock
  • Apex trigger, sear, and springs package (available mid 2017)
I have been extremely pleased with the quality of the HBI and PMM stuff. A buddy got the Gearhead Wurks mag release and although well built it required fitting. I've not gone hands on with any Yeti parts. CZ Custom Shop makes good stuff but very pricey.

I bought this mag loader and it has been working fine. Net very fast but easier on the fingers:

  • Apex Tactical grip
  • HBI reduced weight trigger spring kit
  • HBI Theta Stock trigger in black
Debating on the Theta extended charging handle and on which safety to go with.

Waiting on the stamp that may get here sometime this year... fingers crossed

Do you have a suppressor that doesn't have an available M18 adapter?

Before I bought another barrel, I'd simply have my current one rethreaded...for not much more than the $54.99 you posted. You can leave a couple M18 threads if you want to be able to attach the factory FH.

I'm on the wait list for the delta. I ended up the the ak style safety. How hard was the trigger and spring? I watched the video... did you have to use the vice?

First one out of Jail is a rugged obsidian suppressor. The other 3 I probably wont have till Christmas at this rate.

I don't think Rugged offers a M18 piston, but they do offer an M18 fixed mount.

It could be an issue if you were going 3-lug, as I'm not sure if anybody makes one in M18.

I haven't had a chance to touch it yet. Bought all the stuff, just no chance to do the job yet. Maybe I can get to it this week now that we are settled down for a least a few hours.

Wife keeps seeing boxes wondering WTH its for. LOL

Normally I'm pretty quick at installing the parts when they arrive, but all the boxes are just stuck on the bench at the moment.

except the grip - I did put that on as soon as it came in a few weeks back.

I will probably order a dedicated 9mm suppressor for the cz.I didn't plan on purchasing as many as I have so I went modular for the first one.

You can use the SilencerCo direct thread adapter on the Obsidian. And per Rugged CS on the phone, it does not void the warranty on the Obsidian.

Just received the yetiwerks mag paddle and mag loader.

I went to change out my trigger and spring kit but I don't have the right size Allen wrench. TBD.

Sexy little beast, except for that bloody safety lever.

AR style safety on the left AK on the right works great!

That's what I have it does work great. I have no issues with it.

The one I handled had this bloody awful MP5 style lever that was ALWAYS in the way unless it was on safe, no matter how I gripped it.

Have a scorpion I bought from Tommy at FG&G a year ago. Big plans, like BOG haven't gotten started yet. This is lighting the fire....

I'm waiting on the Pathfinder grips to become available hopefully later this month. I've had one for T&E the last couple months and it's the best option I've come across so far.

OK who's put in the HB springs ? I'm having trouble getting them installed. I'm stuck on the loop spring. I can't seem to get it to click into place when I push on it.

That's hilarious. I'm doing it right now and was just coming in to check the same thing. Hahahaha

That trigger pack is a PITA but I found a good video on YouTube that guided me through it. I posted the link on the old board let me see if I can find it again.

My Scorpion SBR.

http:\\i764.photobucket.com\albums\xx282\jaston87\Guns\CZ20Scorpion20Evo320SBR1_zpsbge4vcmj.jpg

HBI trigger spring kit
HBI Aluminum safety set
922r kit
Octane 9 HD
SiCo fixed 18x1 adapter
THSF engraving (doesn't get much better)

Need a grip (the pathfinder looks like the best thing going) and the OE pistol MLOK handguard. A drop in trigger like a 4.5lb CMC would be awesome but I'm not holding my breath.

Edit: [posted after nclivingbrit's comment haha]
My wife shooting 4rd into dirt then 2rd on steel.

I feel like I should order a trigger pack screw. I'll look in the morning but I think somewhere there was an option to order an extra screw and roll pin. I think I ordered one but I'm not 100% sure.
