Scored a free stick welder!

My neighbor is selling his home and clearing out some old equipment. I may buy some other equipment, but he gave me an old stick welder by Craftsman. It appears to be from the 60's and is in great shape. It's a 220 machine so it'll compliment my 110 mig nicely.

Now I just need to drop a 220 receptacle in my garage.

Got a dryer outlet out there or close by chance? Just double check amperage required for welder.
