Semi precision 22 rifle suggestions...

Of course that lead to more researching and eventually ordered some overkill glass for it.

Glass is taking longer that I wanted to arrive and is scheduled for Tuesday. By Wednesday I’ll have determined what height rings and will probably pay extra to ship them quickly.

Really want to be behind it next Saturday.

Mocked it up with pennies and just ordered some American Rifle Company low rings.

Area 419 30 MOA scope mount. I’ll install their bolt knob while I wait for rings. The 308 is about to have the bipod taken away...

American rifle company rings installed. This thing feels great in your hands. Can’t wait to shoot it. Weather kept me inside this weekend.

But I did install the Area 419 bolt knob today and man what an improvement!

I put a new 30MOA rail and an old Vortex PST 6-24 on top of my Savage today. Got it on paper then tested with a couple different loads. Just Sub-MOA with Eley and solidly sub-MOA with Wolf Match Extra. I'm gonna call that good enough for informal PRS22 matches until I decide if I'm gong to stick with it.

Dang, Mike...that scope is damn near bigger than the rifle lol.
Youre makin me jealous here. Ive got one of those CZs sityin at my FFL waitin on me. I cant wait to get home and rig mine up.
