Huge photo dump. When you are there, it's hard to get your hands on all the new stuff.. With 70 k people there. It's just super crowded. This is more of an explanation of the trip and the logistics on going TO SHOT. Feel free to ask questions, I may have been able to get my hands on something you might want to know about.I'll load more pics but it only allowed a certain amount. All, the major manufacturers were present except Sig, which I found odd. Daniel defense was a sponsor and had one entire end of a ballroom. They came out with the H9, again. I know that chdamn had one of those a few years ago and it was neat.. I guess they bought out the patent.. Beretta was full of rich riches in suits, as was HK. They were not all, about the swag either. Glock, Eotech, holoson were very active, not snobby, and gave out lots of swag. Most of the distributors were there with lots of shot show specials. Davidsons, Sports South and RSR booths were super busy. Zrodelta had a LVOA waraport clone. Holosun had a bunch of their new thermals mounted on rifles. It was neat. Also a pistol thermal.... Which I'm on the fence about. Saw lots of "influencers" black Rambo, Michelle Viscusi, Tim Kennedy, and Dana Locsh <sp>. There was a ton of people walking around with big cameras. Lots of interviews as you can tell by the amount of "new shot show 2024" on YouTube, etc. We fostech had a really light 6lb AR 10 they were putting out. Looked nice. Didn't like the pointy rail, but it was 6lbs. And they also made a 25 rd. 50 cal drum. It was neat. Benchmade had the tundra, Swarovrski had the range rover, some random outdoor business had the jeep there. I added a pic of the Taren Tactical collaboration with Canik. It was really nice. The SAR company figured it out. They had a ton of those red bags made and sitting on racks everywhere. Everyone had one to put their stuff in. If you didnt know the name SAR before the conference was over, you were blind. Lots of Doggos. They had the New Product Center. its like the cliff notes of the show. So, if you didnt have time to walk through all the displays, you could go there and see a lot of the stuff without the pomp and circumstance. B&T had a nice new sub gun that they out out, its in the pics with the suppressor and red dot. Smith and Wesson had a lot of hype , putting out the two lever guns. They had a deluxe model, wood that would MSRP at >3K. They are doing 200 Model 29 and lever gun packages for charity . Those will sell well. The wood gun was nice to the touch, wood was Grade 5, flat trigger. threaded. Nice rifle, dont know if Id be a player at >3K though. Making 1854 of them. The stainless will be in regular production. Around $1500. MSRP. Huxworx wat pushing their new Flow through tech at the show. Nice suppressors.
