It rocks forward for ease of draw and reholster. I owned one.

Man, I like that - and I use a shoulder holster frequently this time of year. I'm happy with the ones I have, but if I change my carry pistol, I'll be wanting one. How about a belt clip on the hold-down so the rig could be put on without removing one's belt?
