We had a few left over shrimp from the surf and turf Friday so...
Three eggs whipped with salt, black pepper, Aleppo pepper and 5 drops of Valentina hot sauce with half the shrimp. I diced up the shrimp.
Almost done.
Plated with a piece of left over sourdough bread.
And a Bloody Mary for the cook!
