I'll make this quick.
Years ago I put a 12v adapter on my 1125R, but just ziptied it up by the left side mirror.
Last time I rode it, the 18th of July, I was looking at it and didnt like it. Didnt like how it was straining on the wires, how it was rubbing on the magnesium fairing bracket.
So that night I got home and started to make a solution.
Then I remembered I bought a Kydex kit from @DCGallim
So I got one of his scrap pieces of kydex, used the toaster oven - heated it up, got it pretty flat.
Cardboard cutout to get my basic design and sizing. Off to work I went.
I didnt get a chance to finish that night, it was late, and a day later Im jetsetting off to Toronto.
Well I plan to ride to practice tonight so I needed to put front fairing back on - took the heat gun, got the 90* angle on it. Dremel'd out the hole to fit and back on it went.
It aint perfect, but neither am I.
It works for what I want and Im pleased with MY solution.
