Go and schedule a recurring class on the 4th Sunday because there are no matches that day and look what happens...

Bummer. Will be very curious to see how this match ends up looking.

When it comes to ranges I don't think size matters, R11 doesn't have much space, makes good use of it.

The "Quiet hour" in the middle is not something I look forward to. Rather a later start, than start and stop. We'll see how it shakes out.

that quiet hour is some kind of county ordinance im thinking something VIR agreed to , to appease the neighbors

14th out of 34 overall. One handed, especially WHO didn't just beat me, it sent me off with my tail between my legs to whimper in the corner, the classifier and a short course, cause once was not enough. Not that the 35yd Bill drills did me any favors on their own.

Match was fun, stages as announced not real complex, good mix of long and close targets on the field courses. They have the space to lay out at least three very large stages when/if they want to. Bring a lunch, that restaurant is steep, and a buffalo chicken wrap should not be cold. Not positive I'll make the drive on the regular, but I will probably go again.

@jjwestbrook always a pleasure, congrats on the Overall.
@NKD @dbracin good meeting and shooting with you fellows, anyone I missed, I'm terrible with real names, screennames is hopeless.
 
Well, you kicked my a$$ with weak hand @Beef15 !! Left feeling like I shot my worst match ever, lol. Brutal and humbling. But good finally meeting you and all the others.

Fun match, I'll be back. It at least has inspired me for some serious weak hand practice!

I used to do a string or two every range trip just to stay somewhat familiar. I think I'll at least get back to that. Already working on trigger control in dryfire.

Not going to shoot anything but weakhand for the next year, haha.

Was also doing some weak hand before, but this new Limited major gun I have done very little, so it feels like a stranger in my left hand. Still getting used to it in my strong hand! Been slacking bigtime on dryfire and even live fire practice with it because last couple matches I was shooting a different minor gun. And it really showed sunday.
