Smoked my first Butt on a Kamado

Thursday night I tried my hand at smoking a butt on the Chargriller Akorn. Also used my Christmas gift of the pitmaster IQ110 temperature controller. Turned out fantastic! It was almost a 11 pound bone in shoulder and took 18 hours. Put the meat on at 10pm and went to bed around 11:30. Got a low temp alarm just before 6am and had to reload the charcoal. Got it back up to temp and pulled it for finishing off in the oven when the fuel started running out around 3:30.
