A buddy asked me if this ad was legit. When I saw what it was I told him to run away. Have sear kits allways been available on gun broker? Just seemed funny considering recent events. EDITED TO ADD: IMHO you are a dumbass if you order this.

The receiver is registered not the parts in it.

Remeber you cannot put this sear in a standard AR15. It is missing the hole that the auto trip goes in. There is a third roll pin right above the safety hole that the auto trip goes into. Also most AR15s are not wide enough above the safety for the auto trip to fit in. So you have to widen the area above the safety selector and drill a small hole through both sides above the safety selector.

What if its shipped to a Class 3 dealer?

Not sure what that has to do with it? There are no serial numbers on the parts.

Just as a side, most mannufacturers will not ship full auto trigger groups to anyone other than licensed manufacturers that hold a valid SOT to manufacturer NFA items.

Clearly I don't know what it has to do with it either. Thats why I asked.

Usually the lower but there are registered full auto sears that you can build the gun around. They aren’t as common as the lowers.

As far as owning an FA trigger and a lower together it would be a hard case to make construction intent out of that.

Now if you have a lower that’s already milled out for the larger trigger group then that could be a case for constructive intent.

Likewise with the HK 91. The FA trigger group won’t fit in the semi auto. Modify either the receiver or the trigger group to fit and it’s constructive intent whether it’s on the weapon or not.
