...and you put them in a Ziploc with water and one of the citrus detergent performance boosters. And then you forgot about them for 6 to 8 months. Today I dumped out the green liquid (oxides of copper most likely) and re-rinsed them with plain water. I have attached their current appearance which varies wildly from case to case.

Still good/polish or toss?

I would probably toss them. That green stuff came from somewhere, the primers are still in the cases and may cause problems, and 45 Auto brass is cheap. Give it a try cleaning them, but it may be more effort than it is worth and you still will not know for sure whether the cases have been compromised.
 
I think I could swage those into 500 S&W mag bullets.
 
Earrings or cufflinks!

I'd be leary of putting explosive stuff in 'em.
