    Was not sure where these fit in the topics, so here they are.
    A lot of the history of US rifle development there.

    Left to right,
    Sharps And Hankins,
    Spencer Model 1865 Indian Wars Campaign era. Stabler Cut-Off Device,
    Sharps New Model 1859. Lawrence pellet Priming System,
    US Bridesburg 1863 Civil war
    Remington 1857 Civil war Era, Maynard priming device
    US Springfield Trapdoor with spike bayonet cleaning rod.

    But that third from the left looks like if you don't shoulder it correctly it is going to stab you.

    Also effective for stabbing the enemy if you can't reload fast enough.
