SOT

I called AFT-NFA and asked about the form. I was told that I can wait for it or go to PAY.gov and renew online. Wanted to get it out of the way. Renewed online. Did not know that you could do that.
 
Mailed mine in a couple weeks ago. They cashed the check yesterday.
 
I called last week. Couple days later got a generic looking email telling me it had been mailed 6/23/2022 and to allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Still nothing in the mail. Another SOT friend reported the same thing - generic email with the same mailing date and no SOT in the mail yet.
 
I emailed today asking for a copy to be emailed. The atf currently can’t do that due to technological restraints. What a load of crap!
 
I think "allow up to two weeks" really meant "won't get mailed for two weeks."
