She just further proves her ignorance. Using emergency powers allows the President to act in areas he is Constituionally allowed to, not to ignore the law and do as he pleases. If a Dem were to try what she threatens she better beef up her security.

This is a tool to get out the vote in 2020. They can’t actually make it happen, but they’ll promise it to get vote from people who think guns are the problem.
