Thanks, the new scope will be here tomorrow so I'm waiting until Mon when the range is empty.
Wasn't sure about BUIS sights but decided since it has a QD scope mount that I might as well, ordered some KAC mini front and rear sights with the 600m rear.

Shooting to go to the range Sun or Mon, had to go to Monroe today and I have a Harley ride event all day tomorrow.
I put my KAC BUIS on as well a KAC trigger guard and ambi safety. And for the new Vortex scope I put a lever and a level bubble on.

Shot out to 350 today, 1.1mils up from a 100y 0 using 100gr wolf ammo

I wasn't tracking that, I still see it available doing a quick google search.
So this is all with the wolf steel ammo?
I might need to break in my barrel really good before trying any of that.

With the excitement of getting the barrel finally I missed this, yes I have developed a lot of patience dealing with the military for so long.

I guess it's leftovers? I never read much into it the short time I was shooting grendal. But they had a recall a while back and refunded everyone. I do not recall what the problem was with the ammo though. Maybe worth looking into before purchasing, also I believe it uses large primers as well, instead of small. Food for thought if you plan to reload.
