Not strictly true. That is a list of charity organizations and the NRA is more correctly considered a non-profit.
If you were to look at comparable non-profit organizations you would see that Wayne's compensation is down the chain a ways.
In 2017 the CEO of Banner Health was compensated to the tune of 25 million. It probably wouldn't surprise you that most of the top ten salaries are related to healthcare with number 10 for 2017 coming in at a little over 10 million.
Wayne has a ways to go to get into the top 10. I would prefer he change jobs into the health field. Perhaps someone should point out the greener pastures to him.
Wayne's salary isn't what bothers me. It's the cultural rot that seems to permeate the top leadership.
