Field & Stream has these on sale. Thought about going by and looking one over, bring it home maybe.
It'll just be for shotgun days out back, no competition, hunting or such so it doesn't need to be a Citori.
Any experience or feedback? I've never had a Stoeger.

I'm gonna run by tomorrow and look-see after I get released from Grand Jury duty.
I'd prefer it was Garand Jury duty...that one's a shooter..that one's a safe queen..but alas, I have to decide the fate of the World instead.

I have one that's helping me learn to shoot. It's a Condor Supreme 12 ga with about 750 rounds through it. No hiccups and it's still tight as new.

I currently own one. It is now regulated to being a backup gun to my Citori Crossover. I have nearly 2k rounds through it shooting skeet and some sporting clays, it has gone bang every time. It's a crudely-made, simpleton field gun at best. For what you are looking to use it for, it will do okay. For something a little nicer for about the same money, take a look at Yildiz sold through Academy.

I was zeroing in on either a Condor or a Remington SPR-310 (Baikal import). An SPR-310 "clays version" (long, ported barrels) popped up on Gun Broker and I snatched it. It's been a great gun. But I would have gone for a Condor too.

I have zero experience with higher end O/U's, bt from what I can tell, you're paying for weight (or the lack thereof). I've not seen a cheap-o that doesn't operate good enough to shoot clays every once in a while. I know most of the guys who own a $1k+ O/U are gonna give me crap about that, but it's just what I see. Coming from a guy who seems to always been on a tight rope budget!

Stoeger is good stuff. I don't have an O/U but I do have their Coachman side x side. Excellent little beauty.
