Just wanted to share my recent experience with Streamlight customer service and shout them out. I have been running a TLR-HL on a handgun for probably 2 years now. I went to turn the light on and nothing. I figured it was the batteries so I swapped them out, but nothing.. still dead. Called Streamlight and they told me to send it in and they would take a look. Mailed them the light and they called me today. The lady I spoke with said the light was actually a counterfeit. I have two HL’s and could not tell. She said the HL’s are commonly counterfeited, but told me no worries that they would be sending me a replacement for free. I just wanted to shout them out based on their awesome service because I know a lot of others have Streamlight products.

I’ve great great experiences with them also. Had an end cap stop working, and the screw fell out of the belt clip on my Protac HLX. I simply emailed them with the issues, I got a return asking for my address and within a few days I had a bag of parts. No questions asked
 
That’s why I prefer Streamlight. I’ve had several lights fixed and/or replaced by them. Always an awesome experience. Glad you got a new light.
 
Ditto on the great customer service from streamlight. It's why I'm so loyal to their products.
