Used this “sugar shack mud rub” tonight on some ribeyes...dang it boy, they were good! I had to add a slight bit more maple syrup/olive oil to make it a little more liquid consistency (muddy vs sandy). I let them marinate for about 5 hours. Seared and then took them off the direct heat. Good sweet and hot flavor. Add a bit more cayenne if you like it a little hotter.
These guys have some great recipes and I’m tempted to try their “cheesecake” next, but it’s a lot of hamburger!
