Did Millie shoot anything new that interested her?
Yep! A CZ 75, a Glock 48, and an STI (?) the one with a really different trigger, and a rifle w/a red dot, and I'm sure some things I've already forgotten about. Guns came at me from all directions, as usual, so thanks for letting me try them out, you guys! You're the best!

Thanks to all who came. When people drive over 3 and 4 hours to come it is quite a treat. I told all..nothing is more precious than your time and I appreciate you coming here.
Our Pard, Johnny saved our bacon and brought a wonderful gift. The gift, as nice as it was, wasn't as good as seeing him again. Folks coming from Savannah, Wagram, and even further North, for a one day trip are to be respected and we do.
I hope all enjoyed our Range, learned something, got full, and make it home safe.
As for Millie's gun problems....bad JuJu. I did all I knew to do and had some good help to try other things. KnotRight and I tried his top end on Millie's lower, ran perfect. Put her upper on his lower...No Joy. I think at this point her top end is outta speck. New extractor installed...No Joy. We tried other barrells..No Joy. At this point I think the bolt face is out of spec. I, we, us, decided it will have to be sent back to the Mother Ship.
Had a big time, wish ya'll were here!!!!
It was a wonderful time, as always. Billy, you gave it your all, and thanks for trying to sort me out. And I didn't get lost this time!
PS the mule turns slow, but she did turn.

Another Glock convert..... you truly are doing the Lord's work down there.
The CZ was really nice to shoot, but I think the G48 will be easier to conceal, especially now with the warm/hot weather and less to cover it.....I liked it well enough that I'd shoot it regularly and it probably won't wuss out after a lot of rounds like my other guns seem to have done! Live and learn.....

I will make the next one!!! (And I hope that's soon  ) If anyone from the Raleigh area would like to ride along, that'd be great too. And I am more than willing to come early or stay late to help out to the best of my (limited) ability. Thanks very much for doing this - it's a big deal to a hermit like me!

I was a hermit once...till I decided not to be and started going shooting and went to Billy's place and had a lot of fun.

Just go, I know it's farther for you than it is for me, but you'll have fun and laugh a lot and learn a lot....GO! Soon it's going to get really hot, and while it'll still be great, now is the time! Don't forget the sunblock.

Thanks to all for your helpful ( ;) ) suggestions, but my melanin and I will get along quite well without any 'enhancement'. LOL.
