Surveying Forester / Timber Buyer

Looking for a reputable timber buyer / consulting forester that can clear some trees for me in Sanford.

Needless to say they are out of my level of expertise and there's probably some money in them. Mostly pine, however there are some hardwoods and a few scary dead trees that have to go.

Maybe an acre to acre and a half. Whomever does it likely will be given first grabs to a future project that is 10+ acres.

Not to discourage you but in the past it has been hard to get someone to intrested in buying timber on that small of track/scale most of those guys want larger tracks since they need to have enough payoff to justify moving equipment in. The 10 acres you could probably get them to look if its good timber and they are have another job in the area. If you found a small one man show you might could get them but they usually are not paying much either.
