Anybody ever been to one of these? Is it worth the high price of admission?

I saw one advertised around here a month or so ago. I haven't been to one. Seems a bit pricey to me.

At that price there will not be a line, so standard tickets would be fine.

Despite the pricing, do events like this actually have useful items/information? Especially for a new "prepper"?

I have been to a few of these. Yes, they can be helpful and you get to see some and purchase some products that would help your prepping. The seminars are a big plus if you want to participate with those. Dont expect to be blown away by large number of vendors, etc. The whole "prepping" scene is still small as a whole but I am glad these type shows are in our area so I try and support them when I can.
