Swampfox Sentinel Red Dot

Saw the Swampfox Sentinel and was tired of waiting on my preorder-backordered Holoson K for my Sig 365XL. Got it mounted and about 100 rounds through it so far. Seems solid and fits the XL nicely. Mine is the manual adjust version with the “shake awake” feature. We’ll see how it holds up. Any others have one and have rounds down range on it?

I’m going to try and get some more rounds through it and get better acquainted with a dot on a pistol! Until then, I’ll just carry my boring old standard 365.

I have a Kingslayer in Green, I have only dri fired it, the circle dot reticle is larger than the 32 moa that the Holosun (which I consider a plus, very easy to pickup the reticle). I considered the Sentinel for my P365 XL, but I do not like the idea of rezeroing after battery changes, and honestly, they are an unknown at this point. Their rationale to use a cr-2032 instead to the 1632 sounds like BS. I will wait for the Holosun 407K/507K. Hope the Sentinel works great for you, competition benefits all of us.

No experience with the red dot, but I have 2 Arrowhead 1x10s that I like a lot. I’m saving my pennies for a pair of 507c v2 or 508t v2’s...

It’s been working well on the 365XL, at least for the 350 or so rounds through it now. The shake awake function has been working just fine as well. I now have a 2nd XL and put a Holosun that I bought from Amnesia on it. There’s not much difference in size or function at this point.
