The 6.5 Creedmoor Thread

I dug up a box of 140 grain Speer "Hot Core" Soft Points that I didn't even know I had. Anyone ever load any? I figure they would make a great deer round.
 
Hey guys new to the forum. Just wanted to drop a pic of my 6.5 build, it’s a R700 with a Proof 24” M24 barrel. I set it in a KRG Bravo and topped it off with Vortex Viper PST Gen ll, coated in coyote tan. As of now I’m getting sub 1/2” MOA with factory Hornady 143 ELdX. I’m considering setting it in a Mcmillan A-5 I have laying around. I have my custom 300 WSM set in an A3-5 and love it! I look forward to sharing info here with some local guys!

Welcome. Nice set up. I’ve got a similar build as well but on a rebarreled bergara action.
