Thanks for posting, those were good reads. As usual people often have good initiative but poor judgment, vastly underestimating the downhill consequences of trying to do something like that. It starts off as a good idea with a 'right' mindset, but then all the devil-in-the-details crop up.

If'n I could do something like this, my model is @Johnny or @thrillhill (I've been to their places; I am sure some here have similar places).
