I'm rusty. I'm sure I couldn't do it in under 6 seconds right now, but I used to.
Like he said, the trick is to have a buddy load the mags for you so that you have no idea when the first mag will run dry.
Another fun drill, is to have a buddy load your mags, but also add in some spent brass or dummy rounds. These will cause malfunctions like stove pipes and failures to extract. Add in as many pieces of spent brass as you like. Each one will be a malfunction that must be cleared.
