I'd like some sausage, (8) 8oz steaks and a couple of pounds of hamburger please.
Do you do summer sausage? I would like two rolls of that also.
Mostly ground for burgers, spaghetti, lasagna etc.
Hot breakfast sausage and hot Itailian sausage.
Some summer sausage.
Steaks that are cubed and melt in your mouth and sliced tenderloin.
Turkey’s get crockpotted.
Guy at work keeps talking about his processors summer sausage, got me hankerin. I usually grill the backstraps and just grind everything else into burger, that works best for my family.
We use to have a guy that worked for us that made the best summer sausage I had ever tasted.
The heck with a processor you don’t know who’s meat u are getting. I do it all my self and trust me it taste way better and is free other then the bullet and your time.
Some of the guys here don't care whose meat they're getting, as long as they're getting it.
I used to do all my own and then I realized i had other stuff going on that I was better at and we enjoy the final product of a professional alot better. I don't have a grinder or a professional type vacuum sealer. I also like letting my deer hang to age which I personally do not have access to a walk in cooler. I still clean my own deer I just do it at his cleaning shed now. To each thier own, I trust my processor or I wouldn't use him.
