No, a BB gun in my house that one may see on the wall during a web based class is no where close to “like bringing one to school.”

I know the sheer stupidity is backfiring on some people. A musician/photographer friend of mine that had always been fairly non-political but left-leaning (voted for Obama), just emailed me that he's ready to go full Archie Bunker and just be "racist" if that's what they want to call him. His "screw-this last straw"? Gone With the Wind censorship and the Confederate Memorials. Destroying Art and History is making his blood boil.
The lady was dumb enough to let them in to search claiming she was taught that it was best to always comply and that if you have nothing to hide you have nothing to worry about.... Stupid ....
Tough to make out in the pic but I’ll take your word on it being a high lift/farm jack. That would be a very oddly long barrel and terrible stock if a rifle haha
