The NEW Mossberg MC1 Single Stack 9mm Pistol (It Takes Glock Mags!)

It looks good to me. I hope they run like Glocks. I wish them all the best with this gun. I hope they sell a bunch of them. I'm not buying one...but I hope they have a lot of success with them. If Mossberg can be successful with a gun like this, it helps all us consumers out in the long run.

I have bought two Mossberg products. Both broke less than 100 rounds into ownership. If Walmart sells the brand you can bet it’s a low end user product. Even at a street price of $375.00 it’s going to have a problem competing with the tried and true Glock43 and S&W Shield. I will admit that Mossberg is a well known brand in trailer parks.

The mossy may hit the real world at $229.00 or even $199.00.

I’ll buy one just to beat the piss out of it. Run a few K of el cheapo, dirty ass ammo just to see what happens....bury it in mud, shoot it underwater....let’s see what happens!!

I'll wait to see how yours does after you beat the crap out of it. Honestly, I hope it is a winner, but one of my rules for gun buying is never to grab the first models to hit the streets. Wait till they get the inevitable bugs out first.

Dealer cost for the standard sights version is a little less than $300. On grabagun for $350.

Hey! I resemble that remark! I own 2. 500 and 590. Bought one on purpose, won the other in a raffle. No issues other than user error at first(short stroking). Sorry you had issues with yours.

Maybe buying at WalMart got you less than top shelf Wally specials? Does Mossberg do that?

I've heard the Savage rifles they sell don't have the accu-trigger, etc.

I think $350 is too high a price point. Too many known quality competitors close to that...
