Good series based on a novel.
Despite it being a fictional novel, a person who plays chess and has the same name as the main character is suing Netflix.
The lawyer who took the case should be disbarred.

If you liked the Queens Gambit you should know that it is based on a novel written by Walter Tevis. He also wrote The Hustler, The Color of Money and The Man Who Fell to Earth. All are fantastic novels as well.

Great movie. I find that it is easier to find or build the chess boards/tables/etc. but harder to find nice chess pieces that don't cost a fortune. There is nothing more mentally brutal than losing a long drawn out game of chess.
