The Staircase (Mike Peterson doc)

Wife and I watched it. I think he is a lunatic and absolutely did it. Crazy ass family too.
What's some other stuff/articles/YT I can check out that wasn't brought up? All this happened before I moved to NC.

Even if he isn't innocent, I believe there is sufficient evidence to say there is reasonable doubt.

I hadn’t heard of the case until I saw the Netflix series. There is a podcast that I listen to that did a pretty good couple episodes on it. It’s called the Generation Why podcast.

I can definitely agree that some shadiness went down in the investigation and could cast a reasonable doubt, but I am completely convinced that he’s guilty. I don’t see it being possible sustaining the injuries she did, simply by falling down the stairs.

Was Kathleen on blood thinners?

And have you guys read about "the owl theory" ? - I know it's far fetched, but hey, this is a discussion forum.

I did hear the owl theory and it seems very far fetched, but I guess anything is possible.

Also what are the odds of two of his wives being killed in “accidents” involving the stairs?

Have you been on a German staircase ? Lol

And it wasn't his wife, but a family friend. I know it's odd, but that shouldn't even have been allowed in the trial, IMO. - Additionally, you have totally conflicting reports on that. CID said minimal blood was found in that case, and somehow a friend of the vic, years later, said there was. The mind fills things in over time.
