Is there anyone here who knows what a Savage Model 430 shotgun is and do you know of a 16 or 20 gauge made for bird hunting for sale? To clarify this Model, Savage produced this in 12, 16, & 20 gauge and is an over/under shotgun. The stock & forearm are made from nicely figured walnut.

Unfortunately I prefer to be able to look any firearm over when purchasing, I am not a frequent user of Gunbroker but I will try to find them and thank you for the heads-up!

I did look both over but could not find, from the description given as to what gauge they were, must have missed it!
Mackey's in Jamesville had one when I passed thru there last Friday, along with maybe 50 other O/U. Do not remember the gauge on the Savage. I'll look again when I go back thru this Friday and let you know.

Took another look and the Savage O/U at Mackey's is a Model 90, so I guess not what you are seeking.
