Personally, I prefer places with magazine restrictions as well... Nothing like being arrested by a guy because you are carrying the same gun he is.

What could go wrong?:cool:

An example of why I support the idea of it being an inherent right to resist an unlawful arrest and I would certainly call the blatant constitutional violation of capacity limits unlawful.

Yeah, a situation like that is currently a lose-lose in the "justice" system. They won't cut you any slack if you comply and even less if you resist.

I've had this conversation with a few folks, it's one that needs to had.
