Thread titling requirements suggestion

For the mods
in the 'gun show and meets' forum, why not make it a requirement to insert the DATE in the title?

I've seen many threads created and even in the body of text there is no date.
I've seen additions to existing threads for a 'new' date/show and this creates confusion on to when the event actually is

Start a new thread for a new event... maybe even lock the older thread for replies
(the Hickory show thread is one example)

I think it would be nice for the OP of these threads to do it on their own but some of these meets happen pretty regularly.

We use that section for the monthly lunches. They tend to be organized by whom ever is available that month. It's not always the same crowd or the same date.
