Just wanted to give you guys some info on my experience with Tier 1's customer service in case anybody was looking at them for holsters, especially AIWB.
First, I would HIGHLY recommend their stuff, high quality not insane lead times, not cheap but not the most expensive by any means, basically can't lose here.
So I had purchased the AGIS holster in March of last year, loved it, wore it every single day and it conceals a CZ P-07 and a 17 round extended-base mag AIWB with ease. With just a white t-shirt on you'd never be able to tell I had a full size weapon and spare mag.
I was wearing it with my belt too tight, at least too tight to be moving around wrestling with the kids and whatnot, so part of the kydex between the claw and the weapon cracked about April this year. Disappointing, but my own fault looking back. So I emailed their customer service department and they gave the address to ship it to, saying it was covered under warranty and if they couldn't fix it they'd replace it. I didn't hold much hope since that's what they all say, but I shipped it anyway the week of September 1st. They received it September 3rd and I got an email that day saying "Your Order Has Shipped". It didn't list anything or any information other than my address so I was a bit confused.
September 5th (Saturday) I had a package with the T1C logo on the box show up out of the blue, and would ya know it they shipped a brand new holster, identical to mine only with the upgraded hardware at no cost.
So in 4 days they not only replaced, but upgraded my holster at no cost for something I probably did. Needless to say if I ever need a new holster or anything they are getting my money. In the current environment when these companies really could just ignore us since they've already gotten our money, I thought this was awesome, especially with such a quick turn-around time.
