I would like to be able to move my jeep side to side, in/out of garage easily to work on it and get it out of the way as I fix up our two car garage. The tires are still holding air so I am thinking maybe some furniture dolliers from harbor frieght. Or should I pick some casters up from the hardware store and build my own? Then use them for a possible chassis dolly?

You can get a set of four on ebay for under $89 shipped.
 
A small pry bar will get them going again thru expansion joints. A 3 foot bar will lift enough weight off the wheel, easy.
Not fast, but it will do it.
 
Some people have nice shiney polished or coated floors they do not want marked up with pry bars. Just trying to get the truth out there as they are not for everyone but will do a good job under the right circumstances.
 
Those wheel dolly's from "China Freight" SUCK OUT LOUD!!!! I have seen to many sets of them end up in the trash.

Spend the extra money and get a good quality set........

Sadly yes. I was at the gas station yesterday and heard a couple of girls scream and start to cuss, they headed in the store and a brought the attendent out complaining of how the pump was broken and sprayed them both with fuel. I watched as they demonstrated to him what was wrong, they put the nozzle in the fuel fill door and without removing the gas cap attempted to fill the tank and yes they did it a second time showing the poor guy. I really am scared to think of the future and know that these are the people that will be taking care of me in the rest home when I am no longer able too. Someone please shoot me before then.
