Working on another 10/22 build now for range and friendly competition not on a bench.... I almost purchased the magpul 3x now and can't sell myself for some reason. I'm looking at either the Mcmillian (a3 adjustable) or the Titan.... I haven't narrowed down the receiver yet keep going back and fourth if the rear tang would make that much difference for me. My old supergrade had one but I either wasn't competent or just couldn't tell a difference in the shooting at the time to see how much difference it actually made. Below are the two stocks anyone have one, what sold you and whats your bui ld? Thanks

For that money I'd buy a Kidd factory rifle. Or maybe I'm behind the times, it could be a huge difference in $.

I went with a Magpul with the higher comb, haven't had the need for any adjustment from there. The rest of the money has gone into scope, bolt, trigger, and barrel upgrades.

I recently added a Titan to one of my 10/22s that I previously had it in a chassis. I prefer the Titan over the chassis.

If you are near Rutherfordton, NC I can let you shoot it sometime.
I'm a big McMillan fan as well, but haven't used that version of their stocks. There is usually a 3-4 month wait time on new orders for their stuff. I do have two of our CZ455s in McMillans if you want to check them out as well.

It may be another Kidd...

Which chassis? I just sold my other in a PMACA.. If I saw your CZ's it would probably only encourage another build.

Have you checked out the Bergara BXR? They are new, so there isn't much info out there on them. The seemed pretty well stocked for the prices (around $500 if I remember correctly).

I saw the release a while ago think the preorder was like $565 for the fluted. I suspect they will be very accurate and give the stock ruger target rifles a run for the money. I would like to see the quality compared and the tolerances knowing it is a factory offering. I wasn't looking for another complete rifle as much as info regarding the two stocks mentioned but could always use the N+1 rule :)
