After his Utopia band split up he did some solo touring, this is a show he put on in Japan in 1990 with other talent playing the Utopia songs among others. The lead guitarist has all of Todd's licks down pat, and you need to watch this if nothing else just to admire the backup singers. I'm in love with the one on the right.
