The Billings Gazette reports Martinez, who is a family friend, invited the girl into the bathroom on March 23, and touched her breasts and genitalia before penetrating her.

If you are a parent and you leave your children with transgenders, you are an idiot. Would you leave your kid alone with someone who you know to be mentally ill? Of course not. So why would you leave a child alone with a shemale?

Poor kid's mother is probably a liberal who bought all the nonsense the left has been peddling. Too bad it's the kid who pays for her mother's stupidity.

Surely not, a sexual deviant that used the liberal bathroom policy to abuse a child. Who could have ever imagined. <sarcasm off> The Dems want to ban guns to save just one life (and say that would be worth it) but allow this to happen and most likely will say that far more benefit from the bathroom policy than are harmed.

Punishments are only a deterrent to people who can control their impulses. Deviants, such as these, and others like serial killers, can not control themselves...at least not forever.

These reporters are ridiculous. Like OMG Becky it happened in a bathroom. Like we have to put that in the headline, cause like HB2 in NC.

I hate these false headlines. It’s like a K-9 buddy I have that is constantly posting on Facebook about Joe Shmoe assaulted K-9 dog gets 20 years in prison. Yeah for the attempted murder on the human,not the dang dog moron. Sorry but journalism is dead.

I was down at Disneyworld in Florida with my wife and daughter back in the '90's. We were on Main St. USA when I noticed this elderly dude with a very big female chest wearing a Disney uniform and carrying a broom and dustpan. He had long gray hair in curls and was wearing what looked liked a young school girl's uniform. A white blouse with a short skirt, long white socks, and high heels.

A complete freak in other words. That was at least 18 years ago. Unbelievably friggen crazy is all I can say. Stay away from me and any of my family members is the only other thing I can say unless you want hurt...... in a bad way.

I feel like I'm living in the Twilight Zone... DNA doesn't lie. There are two genders, male and female. A statistically minuscule number of people are born hermaphrodites, but this insanity goes well beyond these occurrences. God bless this little 10 year old girl.

As others have said - is someone, anyone - transgender or not - does anything even close to this to either of my children - they won't live to see a jury's verdict.

Seems like they would have ways of dealing with things like this, usually involving rope or branding or places you don't find on a map.
 
If it was my daughter (or I sat on the jury) I’d be more than happy to make sure it “transitioned” into ashes to ashes dust to dust status ...

There should be a time limit on transgenderism. You get a so many days and then whack, off with their head! Or you can't claim transgender status. Honestly I don't even know what transgender means. Is plain tranny different? Is a cross dresser a transgender? A transsexual has gone the distance correct? I can have some respect there. Ouchers.
 
There was a psychologist interviewed about this and she said basically it an adult male came in saying he believed he was another person typically they would put him on schizophrenia meds. Yet, when a man says " I am a woman trapped in a man's body" they help them live the delusion. We enable mental illness. It does not make sense.

I've obviously never gone down that path, but my understanding is that this process involves many, many hours of psychological counseling and is not something they're quick to diagnose. Keep in mind that the actual percentage of true trans people is VERY small.

The other thing to remember is that being a molester is a different issue in and of itself.

Yes this person, man, woman, whatever you want to call them is sick and demented.
