If you'll spatchcock them next time they'll cook a bit faster and more even. Happy Thanksgiving!I have mine on 250, did the same thing to mine as well!

Whole turkey is done, ~6lb breast in there now.When your wife wants an electric turkey fryer, but your mom’s outlets outside can’t handle it due to another freezer and fridge, but you have generators that rarely get used!!

Not even close. A couple years back my wife’s sister showed up with a tofu turkey ... only she and her husband ate any (and he only did to keep her halfway happy). That thing was so bad my Labs took to first bite in and spit it out quicker than medicine laced piece of cheese. That has my vote for F’d up “turkey” ever.
