Not to be rude but it is not a huge secret that The Gen 5 in the 17 and 19 are being released. They are the M model basically for civilian usage and have the front serrations. The early report is that they will sell them for the same price as the Gen 4s.

I am partial to my Gen 3 glocks. I like the Gen 4 also. I need to get another 19 or 23 eventually but I don't shoot the glocks like do my M&Ps

Let me just go ahead and get this in here, because you know you're thinking it.

Im not saying anything for or against the policies of TSA, in full disclosure I am a member that probably wont renew because of the new policy. However one thing that concerns me is alot of people bashing TSA maybe dont also realize that one great thing they AREdoing is bringing hundreds, if not thousands (or maybe hundreds is realistic), into the shooting community. By offering that shiny clean glamorous range and storefront that many of us salty dog shooters would forego, they are adding to our numbers, our power, and our community. So even if it wont continue to be a place for me, I still think they serve a purpose. Again not pro or against, just making an observation.

Where's the signup list begin? I need some high quality training as well, so I'll know how to safety holster and unholster when I come look at them.

So they want you to unload your carry? What's the point of that? If it comes out at all it will be in the range area where the rest of the loaded guns are. I saw the no open carry policy which also seems kinda weird seeing as I'm sure the cases are full of em. It's a gun place right? Anyway, I go to a nice local place here that throws the keys in your hand and says have at it, please don't shoot more than one round a second, and try not to shoot them at anyone. Their VCR is broken so no safety video.

A Glock AR would come with 3 mags, a crappy finish, amd cost $1000 without sights

Then they would sell it for 2 grand once they put some Chinese knock off sights on it and run 1500 round through it and call it new

Are these the special Glocks that clear themselves when entering a gun store that doesn't allow concealed carry?
Or...
Are they the training free, non operator type Glocks that any idiot gun owner (most of us are idiots you know) can carry without SEAL or MARSOC training?

I hear they have UNSC ODST guys working the frappacino machine.
