So I have a friend who is ready to sell me some guns among them is a Uberti SAA clone in 45 Colt with the brass grip frame. Looking at their site the closest thing I see is the 1873 Cattlemen II with a MSRP of $500.
So what kind of price range would these things have given its used (call it 90%) but not beat up?

So I got the proper screwdrivers and have managed to install the sear / bolt and hammer springs. The problem is the ejector housing screw, it won't come out. I've applied a little heat and some Kroil, still no luck. I plan to use a soldering iron to heat the screw head and try again.

I really need to deburr the edge of the ejector housing since it has a very sharp section that cut my finger during an outing. Any suggestions or tricks?

25% off MSRP is the high value is how we do it in the shop. And then you work your way down based on condition and items in trade.

But we would start at 350 for it at the shop. But we have over head and other items to pay for.

@Sharps40 - is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to these guns. I think?

Apologies if I'm thinking of a different model.

Values are all over but 400ish is right on a like new base model. As for screw it may be better to leave go. Break that sharp edge with a butterknife wrapped in 320 and cold blue. Saves breaking a 12 dollar plus metric screw off flush in the hole.

If determined to risk it, screw bit in a drill press, gun in a vice, press down hard and turn the chuck by hand. Unplug the press first and pray.
